ESTAS Awards Best in Sector for Agency Express

We’re delighted to share that Agency Express has secured Best in Sector – Board Services in the Supplier of the Year category at the ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2025.

The announcement was made by the UK’s best-loved property presenter Phil Spencer at a standout ceremony held at Grosvenor House, welcoming more than 1,000 leading property professionals from across the UK.

Now marking its 22st year, the ESTAS Awards are driven entirely by verified customer feedback. This year’s honours were decided using over 47,000 reviews, spotlighting suppliers who consistently deliver exceptional service.

Addressing the room, Phil Spencer highlighted the importance of supplier partners, noting that their work is fundamental to the service agents provide—and that those who set the standard for service deserve recognition.
