Over 90% of instructions held locally are carried out within two working days, with all centrally dispatched board instructions completed within 3 to 4 working days.
Standard commercial boards are erected within 3 to 5 working days and bespoke print to order boards within 5 to 10 working days.

Please note we cannot share login details over the phone or via live chat.
Unfortunately we cannot add instructions to SignMaster3 on behalf of customers.
We can provide you with your login details and our Customer Support Team are on hand to guide you through the system, should you need assitance.
Customers can cancel a request whilst the instruction is marked as ‘Pending’
Go to: ‘Movement Details’ and click the X next to the appropriate instruction.
Instructions marked as ‘In Progress’ cannon be cancelled. In this scenario you will need to contact your local Agency Express board operator who can cancel the instruction, if it has not yet been completed.
The operator notes section in SignMaster3 has a character limit of 233. If this limit is exceeded you will be alerted and you will need to reduce your text.
If you need to provide a more in-depth description please email your local Agency Express operator once you have saved your listing.
When a board instruction is due to be completed it will show as ‘In Progress’ on the ‘Movement Details’ page in SignMaster3.
Once the instruction is complete a completion date will show.

There may be cases where you will need to add a listing manually in SignMaster3.
Go to: Edit Address Manually
Select: ‘Yes’ when asked ‘Are you sure you want to edit the address manually?’
As a minimum, please enter a house number, address, town and postcode.
Customers are unable to archive old listings.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of each listing and they will be happy to do this for you.
The ‘unknown’ status on the ‘Active’ board page in SignMaster3 will appear on re-erect requests or when a service is requested on a board without a ‘New Listing’ history.
A full breakdown of all invoiceable movement for each property can be found in the ‘Invoice Details’ section of SignMaster3.
Select your invoice month by clicking on the magnifying glass. Then select ‘View Full Breakdown’.
Agency Express accept direct debit and online payments. Payments can be made via the ‘Invoice Details’ section of SignMaster3.
Select your invoice month by clicking the tick box under the ‘Make a Payment’ column.
Then select ‘Make Payment Now’ at the bottom right of the page.
