As the UK’s largest provider of professional estate agency board services we are the first to witness growth and fluctuations within the UK property market.   Our online estate agency board management system SignMaster3  tracks the movement details of every board we are instructed to service.  This data is collected 24hrs a day 7 days a week, from a property being placed on the market as ‘To Let’ to the removal of the ‘Let By’ board.  As a result we now look forward to sharing these ‘real time’ insights with the property industry.
