COVID Guidelines

Following the UK lockdown announcement we can confirm we are still operating.

To remain COVID safe have implemented the following guidelines for our operators:

Social distancing measures observed at all times
Hand sanitisers to be carried by all operators and used regularly
No knocking on vendors doors/interacting with vendors unless absolutely necessary
No visiting of branches
Face coverings/masks to be worn where possible
One person per van, unless those people live in the same household

Please ensure your customers are aware that we will be enforcing strict social distancing to protect all involved. We politely request they do not approach our operators, and boards are left in easily accessible locations for collection when required.

Thank you to all our clients for their continued patience during this time.

Aprils Property Activity Index highlights regional hotspots

The latest figures Property Activity Index show a robust month for the UK property market in April and highlights regional hotspots as the North West, Yorkshire & Humberside and Central England.

Looking closely at the index’s Month on month data, of the twelve regions recorded nine made increases in new listings ‘For Sale’ and ten made increase in properties ‘Sold’. However figures calculated over a 3 month period show increases for all of the 12 regions recorded by the Property Activity Index in both properties ‘Sold’ and new listings ‘For Sale’.

Commenting on the latest index results, Stephen Watson, Managing Director of Agency Express said:  Month on month we see regional figures rise and fall but essentially the market continues to thrive and grow. Looking at the Property Activity Index’s rolling three monthly figures you can see that all twelve regions have reported increases in both ‘For Sale’ and ‘Sold’ properties.
