COVID Guidelines

Following the UK lockdown announcement we can confirm we are still operating.

To remain COVID safe have implemented the following guidelines for our operators:

Social distancing measures observed at all times
Hand sanitisers to be carried by all operators and used regularly
No knocking on vendors doors/interacting with vendors unless absolutely necessary
No visiting of branches
Face coverings/masks to be worn where possible
One person per van, unless those people live in the same household

Please ensure your customers are aware that we will be enforcing strict social distancing to protect all involved. We politely request they do not approach our operators, and boards are left in easily accessible locations for collection when required.

Thank you to all our clients for their continued patience during this time.

Property activity slump across the UK in 2019

The latest data from the Agency Express Property Activity Index has revealed an unseasonal slump across the UK property. National figures show new listings at 0.1% while figures for properties ‘Sold’ sat at -2.6%.

East Anglia sat at the top of this months leader board, closely followed by Central England.

The largest declines were recorded in the east midlands with figures first time in September since 2014.

Commenting on the latest index results, Stephen Watson, Managing Director of Agency Express said:

During September we typically see a spike in property activity following the summer holiday slump. This year however the index has shown a much slower moving market compared to 12 months previous. Moving forwards, based on the seasonal trends we would expect a pickup in activity in October then a slowdown towards the Christmas period. As we move in to these months it will be interesting to see how the year on year comparisons fair.
